San Francisco Chefs, a magazine that celebrates San Francisco Bay Area's distinguished dining scene is coming soon!
San Francisco Chefs is an annual publication with beautiful photography, chef interviews, and a keepsake recipe from each of the chef's kitchens. San Francisco Chefs takes you inside the top professional kitchens and reveals the passions and the personal stories that make them great.
David Kinch will be featured in this wonderful publication along with 14 of his fellow chefs from the San Francisco Bay Area, and he would like to send you a complimentary copy as a token of his appreciation.
All net proceeds from this collaborative project benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
If you would like to receive a free copy, please send your name and mailing address to info@sf-chefs.com before Monday, October 8. Your information will not be shared or used for any other purpose than to mail you a complimentary copy of this magazine. Please reference Manresa in your request. If you received a copy last year, there is no need to send your name again—you'll automatically receive an issue this year. We hope that you will enjoy a copy of the second annual San Francisco Chefs magazine as our gift!

Tibetan Aid Project: Taste & Tribute

Please join David Kinch for Taste & Tribute, a culinary gala featuring all-star chefs, haute cuisine, and a captivating live auction to benefit Tibetan Aid Project. Proceeds raised will go directly to support the preservation of Tibet's cultural and spiritual heritage for the benefit of the Tibetan people and all humanity.
This sumptuous event allows diners a rare opportunity to see world-renowned chefs create exquisite four-course meals table-side. Guests are free to visit each chef at work and talk to them about their culinary expertise. Chef Laurent Manrique of Aqua was the inspiration behind the benefit and has been the coordinating chef since its inception in 2001.
Nate Appleman of A16 is teaming up with David Kinch in this exciting tribute to Tibetan culture. Tickets are $300 each and directly benefit the work of Tibetan Aid Project. For reservations, please contact the Tibetan Aid Project at 800-338-4238 or tap@tibetanaidproject.org. Please note that Manresa does not take reservations for Taste & Tribute.
