Champagne Celebration

Join Manresa for The Champagne Dinner with Jay Druian and Sallie Robbins-Druian of The French Cellar, purveyors of French regional wines in Los Gatos. The Champagne Dinner kicks off the festive holiday season as guests gather for a Champagne reception and are fêted with Champagnes that Jay and Sallie have selected from smaller family producers, as well as the larger Champagne houses of this famous region of France. Inspired by the evening's selection of Champagnes, David Kinch will prepare an extraordinary five-course dinner with elegant Champagne pairings. For the second consecutive year, Manresa was awarded two Michelin stars by the Michelin Guide, San Francisco, Bay Area and Wine Country 2008.
