Congratulations to Chef de Cuisine Jessica Largey for being named one of
Zagat’s 2013 “30 Under 30,” honoring up-and-coming movers and shakers
in the San Francisco Bay Area food and beverage industry. Manresa is
also excited to announce Stephanie Prida as San Francisco magazine’s
“Best Pastry Chef of the Year.” She was selected from more than 30
industry peers, made up of previous Best Chef winners.
Cocktails at Manresa follow the same philosophy as David Kinch’s cuisine: the highest quality ingredients—local, classic and international. Manresa’s cocktails change with the seasons and interpretations of classic cocktails are always offered and encouraged. The cocktail lounge opens at 5:15 p.m., Wednesday–Sunday.
