Manresa is pleased to introduce one of the newest members of the team—Maître d’ Chris Sullivan. The southern California native got his start in the restaurant industry at the Four Seasons Resort Biltmore while pursuing a degree in business at the University of California Santa Barbara. Chris spent four years at the resort, working various positions from busser to bartender before launching a gourmet food truck that operated a number of events at wineries, businesses, fairs, and festivals throughout Santa Barbara County. He later assumed the role of manager at a small restaurant in Santa Barbara that rounded out his experience in the industry and combined his love for all things culinary with his interest in business.
