Chef Eneko Atxa


On May 17 and 18, Manresa welcomed Chef Eneko Atxa from the three Michelin-star Azurmendi restaurant in Spain’s Basque region for a special collaborative dinner. The Chef, whose restaurant is situated among vineyards and features an extensive vegetable garden and state-of-the-art greenhouse, worked with Chef Kinch and Love Apple Farms to grow and select special produce from the farm for each night’s menu. Chef Atxa’s visit is the first guest chef appearance at Manresa this year. Past guest chefs have included Mauro Colagreco of Mirazur in Menton, France; René Redzepi of Noma in Copenhagen; Dan Hunter of the Royal Mail Hotel in Western Victoria, Australia; and Ben Shewry of Attica in Ripponlea near Melbourne, Australia.
