A bit of New Orleans comes to Los Gatos this January with the opening of David Kinch’s first casual concept—The Bywater. Located at 532 N. Santa Cruz Avenue, The Bywater is a casual bar and eatery, offering New Orleans-inspired dishes reimagined with ingredients from Northern California and a list of classic and sometimes eclectic New Orleans cocktails including the Sazerac, Gin Fizz, and Milk Punch.
