Each year, the French publication L'Hôtellerie Restauration
celebrates the newest restaurants to be awarded with Michelin stars in
France. This May, the esteemed group of chefs and industry professionals
gathered at the Pavillon Gabriel in Paris to celebrate. Chef David Kinch was honored to be a guest of this event welcoming the newest chefs to the Michelin family. Click photo to enlarge
Cocktails at Manresa follow the same philosophy as David Kinch’s cuisine: the highest quality ingredients—local, classic and international. Manresa’s cocktails change with the seasons and interpretations of classic cocktails are always offered and encouraged. The cocktail lounge opens at 5:15 p.m., Wednesday–Sunday.
