They are channeling the New Orleans summer heat at The Bywater, shaking it up with some new cocktails to help you keep your cool during these warmer months. Bitter, strawberry-phosphate, rum, and lemon come together in the Cure-All Cooler or for a kicked up version of sweet tea, try the Southern Hospitality with rye whiskey. Chef David Morgan also added a couple of new dishes to his summer menu—Boudin stuffed peppers and a duck, boudin, and vegetable ragout. The Bywater is located at 532 N. Santa Cruz Avenue.
