Experimental Gastronomy debuts this Sunday!


Chef David Kinch is proud to be part of the US premiere of “Experimental Gastronomy” at the Montalvo Arts Center in Saratoga this Sunday, September 25. Join Chef Kinch along with chefs Corey Lee and Daniel Patterson as they collaborate to create a plant-based menu presented alongside dishes and cutlery crafted by some of the country’s top decorative artists. “Experimental Gastronomy” was founded by Martin Kullik and Jouw Wijnsma of the Dutch creative collective Steinbeisser. They have spent the last four years organizing avant-garde culinary evenings in Amsterdam, Berlin, Frankfurt, and Switzerland.
