Manresa welcomes a new member of the wine team!

Everyone at Manresa is extremely happy to welcome Pier-Alexis Soulière, MS to the front of house staff! Pier joins the team as Sommelier just a few weeks after passing his Master Sommelier exams in London, and makes Manresa one of the few restaurants in the world to have two Master Sommeliers working the floor each night. Pier has worked in the United States and London in Michelin-starred restaurants, including The Modern and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, and will be a key member of the team as we continue to improve the wine experience at Manresa.
