The Mauro Colagreco Dinners

Mauro Colagreco at Mirazur

The Mediterranean meets the Pacific Coast as David Kinch welcomes Chef Mauro Colagreco of restaurant Mirazur as guest chef at Manresa. Mauro Colagreco is the chef de cuisine of Mirazur, a modern four-level restaurant set in a cliff-top lemon grove in Menton on the Côte d’Azur, where the French Riviera meets the Italian coast. Chef Colagreco earned his first Michelin star in 2007, and is poised for another. Last year Gault Millau, the influential French restaurant guide, named Mirazur newcomer of the year, Révélation Gault Millau de l’Année. Chefs Kinch and Colagreco share a common sensibility—ultra fresh cuisine defined by the unique regions, or terroir, of their restaurants. Both chefs cook from their gardens and share an affinity for beautiful presentations that showcase their pristine ingredients. Born in the La Plata province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Colagreco traveled throughout Latin America before arriving in Paris to cook with the finest chefs; Bernard Loiseau at La Côte d’Or, Alain Passard at L’Arpège, Alain Ducasse at Plaza Athénee, and Guy Martin at Le Grand Véfour.

Please join us for this rare culinary event when Kinch and Colagreco cook together for two special evenings. We are accepting reservations for the Mauro Colagreco Dinners for the evenings of Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20. The eight-course dinners are $195 per person, exclusive of wine, tax, and gratuity. Two sommelier-selected wine pairings will be available. Open seating begins at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, and 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. Reservations are now available by calling Manresa at 408.354.4330.
