Mauro Colagreco to Cook at Manresa

Manresa’s David Kinch welcomes longtime friend and colleague Chef Mauro Colagreco to the restaurant on Monday, October 29 for a special dinner featuring Rutini Wines from Argentina. While the Argentina-born Colagreco is chef/owner of Le Mirazur restaurant in France, he is also the Chef Ambassador for Rutini Wines, one of the country’s most celebrated wineries. Chef Colagreco’s Le Mirazur is a two Michelin star restaurant and is ranked 24 on the San Pellegrino and Restaurant magazine’s “World’s Best Restaurant” list.

The evening not only showcases renowned varietals from one of Argentina’s oldest wineries, but is an opportunity to experience the cuisine of both Michelin two-star and “World’s Best Restaurant” chefs in one evening. Chef Kinch and Chef Colagreco will collaborate on an eight-course menu designed to showcase the portfolio of Rutini Wines. The menu, including wine pairings is only $185 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). For more information and reservations, please call 408.354.4330.
