Saturday, October 28 – 7:30 to 11 p.m.
San Francisco Four Star chefs Hubert Keller of Fleur de Lys, David Kinch of Manresa, Roland Passot of La Folie, and Ron Siegel of The Dining Room at The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco pair a gourmet California fall harvest menu to Grand Crus from Burgundy and first growth wines from Bordeaux selected by Matthew Turner, Wine Director, The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay. Table service by Master Sommeliers and top Bay Area sommeliers completes a truly superlative dining experience. Includes a welcome reception hosted by Dom Perignon. $300 per guest, inclusive of wine pairing, tax, and gratuity.
