The Champagne Dinner

Join Manresa for The Champagne Dinner with Jay Druian and Sallie Robbins-Druian of The French Cellar, purveyors of French regional wines in Los Gatos. The Champagne Dinner kicks off the holiday season with the sparkle and magic of Champagne. Guests gather for a festive reception at 6:30, and are feted with Champagne from smaller family producers, as well as the larger Champagne houses of this famous region of France. Inspired by Jay and Sallie's French cellar discoveries, David Kinch will prepare an extraordinary five-course dinner with elegant Champagne pairings. The Champagne Dinner is $275 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. A welcoming reception at 6:30 p.m. is followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12.
