Manresa and Love Apple Farms Big Screen Debut

Manresa and Love Apple Farms are thrilled to be one of five featured restaurant and farm partners from around the globe in this new French documentary, “Le Bonheur est dans l'Assiette” (Happiness is in the Plate). The production team spent weeks with David Kinch at the farm, in the restaurant, and sailing around Santa Cruz and will highlight everything from where he sources ingredients to their final presentation on the plate.
