This January 17 through January 20, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, and Food & Wine magazine welcome Chef David Kinch to the annual Cayman Cookout with Eric Ripert. Centered at the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman and its signature restaurant Blue by Eric Ripert, the annual event includes tastings, demonstrations, and more set against the backdrop of the Caribbean Sea. You can catch Chef Kinch hosting an “Into the Garden” themed lunch or showing how to take advantage of what’s best at the local farmer’s market in his “Farm to Fork” culinary demonstration.
