This very special evening matches the celebrated cuisine of Chef Kinch with a magnificent selection of exclusive rare vintages. "When we got the opportunity to cook a dinner with these wines as my inspiration, especially the Jayer Vosne-Romanée Cros Parantoux 1990 and Ramonet Bâtard-Montrachet 1976, I immediately jumped," said David Kinch.
This will be a night to remember for the world's finest wines and the legacy of Henri Jayer.
