"Lemon Zest" Cocktail Recipe

Try Manresa’s seasonal citrus cocktail from Jeff Bareilles, Wine and Beverage Director.

Lemon Zest
1 small egg white
1 1/2 ounces fresh Meyer lemon juice
1 1/2 ounces Lillet Blanc
1 ounce Beefeater Gin
1/2 ounce St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
1 dash Bitter Truth lemon bitters

• Build all ingredients in a shaker, then add ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into martini glass. Finish with a fine lemon zest grated over the top of the cocktail.
