The Winter Garden

The Manresa garden is anything but idle during the winter. Cynthia Sandberg is expanding the growing capacity of the farm, seeds are germinating in the newly installed greenhouse, and David and Cynthia are incorporating age-old methods of biodynamic farming to enrich the soil. Watch this newsletter in an upcoming issue for a pictorial report from the Manresa farm on the biodynamic approach to vegetable growing that Cynthia and David are using.
