Manresa will celebrate Valentine's Day on the evening of Wednesday, February 14 as well as Tuesday, February 13 and Monday, February 12. Cocktails at Manresa follow the same philosophy as David Kinch’s cuisine: the highest quality ingredients—local, classic and international. Manresa’s cocktails change with the seasons and interpretations of classic cocktails are always offered and encouraged. The cocktail lounge opens at 5:15 p.m., Wednesday–Sunday.
