Corpse Reviver #1
3/4 ounce Dolin Rouge Vermouth
3/4 ounce Bonny Doon Pommeau
1 1/2 ounces Saint James Dark Rum
1/2 ounce date-infused Dewar's White Label Scotch
1 dash lemon bitters
• Pour one ingredient at a time and then stir together Dolin Rouge Vermouth, Bonny Doon Pommeau, Saint James Rum, date-infused Dewar’s White Label, and lemon bitters.
• "Hard shake" and strain into a cocktail glass that has been garnished with a lemon twist.
» Mixology tip: To make date-infused Dewar's White Label Scotch, simply place dates and scotch in a glass jar with a lid, and store in a cool, dark place for up to 14 days.
