Save-the-Dates: Manresa Celebrates 10 Years! The countdown to
Manresa’s ten year anniversary celebration has begun! For one week in
July, David Kinch welcomes some of his closest colleagues and alums to
his kitchen. Manresa will host three “Cooking with Friends” dinners on
July 11, July 12 and July 13. Join him as he welcomes Michael Cimarusti
from Providence restaurant in Los Angeles (July 11); John and Karen
Shields formerly of Townhouse in Chilhowie, Virginia (July 12); and
Carlo Mirarchi of Roberta’s in Brooklyn, New York (July 13). Manresa
will feature a special collaborative menu between David Kinch and each
chef. The "Cooking with Friends" dinners are $175 per person, exclusive of wine pairing, tax, and gratuity.
On Saturday and Sunday, Kinch will put the menu in the hands of
some of his favorite Manresa alum including Belinda Leong, John Paul
Carmona, Charlie Parker, James Syhabout, Jeremy Fox, Michael Gaines, and
Marty Cattaneo for this very special weekend. The Manresa Alum Dinners dinners are $198 per person, exclusive of wine pairing, tax, and gratuity.
