Introducing Jessica Largey and Stephanie Prida

Manresa is very excited to introduce its new Chef de Cuisine Jessica Largey and Pastry Chef Stephanie Prida. Largey, who has been cooking since she was five years old, first spent time in the Manresa kitchen in 2008. She returned a year later as Chef de Partie and assumed the role of Sous Chef in 2011. Prida joins Manresa from Chicago where she ran the pastry programs in a number of award-winning restaurants and created a reputation for herself as making some of the best Paris-Brest (choux pastry and cream) the city has ever seen!
