The world is your snowball with this holiday cocktail from Jeff Bareilles, Manresa's Wine and Beverage Director.
Manresa Snowball
1 ounce Marker’s Mark
3/4 ounce Leopld’s Cherry Liqueur
1/4 ounce ginger simple syrup
1/4 ounce Marie Brizard Mint Liqueur
3 dashes chocolate bitters
1 large orange (for peel)
• Combine all ingredients in a pint glass with 1 scoop of ice and stir. Place ice sphere in a Nick & Nora Martini glass and strain combined ingredients over ice. Garnish with an orange peel.
The Nick & Nora Martini Glass is named after the lead characters from the 1930’s The Thin Man film series, Nick was played by William Powell and Nora was played by Myna Loy.
