Try this artisanal cocktail from Jeff Bareilles, Manresa's Wine and Beverage Director.
Without a Trace
1/2 ounce Dolin Blanc Vermouth
7 pieces basil
1/2 ounce Buffalo Trace Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey
2 dashes Bar Keep Lavender Spice organic aromatic bitters
• Build together Dolin Blanc Vermouth and basil in a pint glass, then muddle. Add Buffalo Trace Whiskey and a medium scoop of ice and stir. Then strain into a single malt glass and garnish a small basil leaf.
