Chef David Kinch and Chef de Cuisine Jessica Largey are finalists in the “Outstanding Chef” and “Rising Star Chef of the Year” categories for this year’s James Beard Foundation Awards. Manresa: An Edible Reflection was also announced as a finalist in the “Cooking from a Professional Point of View” category for the book awards. The James Beard Foundation book awards will be held on Friday, May 2. The chef and restaurant winners are announced at the James Beard Gala on Monday, May 5.
