Try this cocktail from Jeff Bareilles, Manresa's Wine and Beverage Director.
1 1/2 ounces Manhattan Corn Whiskey or a clear corn whiskey of your liking
1/4 ounce mint simple syrup
1/2 ounce fresh Meyer lemon juice
1 mint leaf
• Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice shake hard. Stain into a Nick and Nora martini or a martini glass of your choice. Garnish with a mint leaf.
