Try this cocktail from Jeff Bareilles, Manresa's Wine and Beverage Director.
Manresa Negroni (on the rock)
1 ounce Nolet’s dry gin
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce Barolo Chinato dry vermouth
4” strip of orange zest
• Stir the gin, Campari, and vermouth together in a pint glass. Pour over a large ice cube in a martini or rocks glass. Garnish with the orange zest.
